1)200L portable CIP system includes one sterilize tank, one alkali tank(with electric heating), washing pump, CIP cart, control panel and pipeline and valves;

2)Mobile systems;

3)Electric heating for alkali tank;

4)CIP control systems(it will be control the temperature for alkali tank, and control the washing pump’s on/off and control speed for the washing pump;

5)SUS304 construction;

6)Removable lids;

2.Cleaning process for using the 200L portable CIP skid system:

1).Preparation

5).Rinse

  • Final Rinse: Follow with a final rinse using clean, potable water to ensure all cleaning agents are removed.

6).Sanitization (Optional)

  • Sanitizing Solution: If required, circulate a sanitizing solution (e.g., chlorine, hydrogen peroxide) following the same procedure as the cleaning solution.
  • Rinse Again: After sanitization, perform a final rinse to remove any sanitizing agents.

7).Inspection and Documentation

  • Visual Inspection: Check all parts of the system for cleanliness.

8).Reassemble and Store

  • Reassemble Components: If any parts were disassembled for cleaning, reassemble them according to manufacturer specifications.
