A 5000-liter wine fermentation tank with a spiral cooling coil is a specialized vessel used in winemaking for fermenting and storing wine.The spiral cooling coil is a crucial component for temperature control during fermentation. It’s typically made of stainless steel tubing and is integrated into the walls or base of the tank. Coolant (such as glycol) is circulated through the coil, allowing winemakers to regulate the temperature of the fermenting wine. This is important because different stages of fermentation require different temperature ranges, and maintaining proper temperature control helps manage fermentation kinetics and preserve the wine’s flavor profile.
