1.Features:

1).Capacity:Holds 108 hectoliters (10,800 liters) of wine, suitable for large-scale production.

2).Open-Top Design: Allows for easy access during fermentation, particularly beneficial for red wines where cap management is essential.

3).Material: Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, providing durability, ease of cleaning, and resistance to corrosion.

4).Cooling Jacket: Includes a built-in cooling jacket for precise temperature control, essential for maintaining optimal fermentation conditions.

5).Drainage: Features bottom outlets for efficient draining of wine and lees.
