A tapered conical wine fermenter, also known as a conical fermenter or cone-shaped fermenter, is a specialized vessel used in the winemaking process for the fermentation and clarification of wine. It is designed with a conical shape that gradually tapers from the top to the bottom, allowing for improved control over the fermentation process and the separation of wine from sediment.
